You don’t have a lack of discipline. You have a brain wired for high-impact innovation that is being completely drained by low-impact administrative weight.
When you have ADHD or executive dysfunction, the traditional advice to "just budget better" or "use a planner" doesn't work. It ignores the actual neurobiology at play. The friction of managing money, tracking bills, and constantly making micro-decisions creates a massive dopamine drain, leading to intense overwhelm, impulsive spending cycles, and systemic burnout.
This protocol is different.
We don't do generic financial coaching. We build an Executive Function Framework tailored to your unique cognitive blueprint. By using evidence-based behavioral strategies, we target the root causes of financial anxiety, put your system on autopilot to protect your working memory, and eliminate decision fatigue. You get to keep your ambition, protect your energy, and finally build a sustainable, fulfilling life that supports your brain—instead of fighting against it.

You've got questions. We've got answers.
Yes, in most cases. Because this program is a structured behavioral intervention explicitly designed to manage and mitigate the core symptoms of ADHD and Executive Dysfunction, it qualifies as an eligible medical expense under IRS guidelines.
We use a reimbursement-first model to make the process as seamless as possible for your busy schedule:
Get Your Letter: You will need a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) stating that behavioral coaching is required to manage your executive dysfunction or ADHD symptoms. You can get this from your personal doctor, or we can connect you with our partner platform, which provides an easy, 2-minute online clinical review.
Pay Out-of-Pocket: You pay for the program upfront using your standard personal credit card. (We recommend avoiding your physical HSA card at checkout, as standard payment gateways can occasionally trigger an automatic filter decline).
Submit Your Invoice: After checkout, we will provide you with a fully itemized, medical-grade invoice containing your provider's credentials (PA-C, Certified ADHD Coach), clinical session descriptions, and administrative review codes.
Get Reimbursed: You upload our invoice and your LMN directly to your HSA/FSA online provider portal to receive your tax-free reimbursement directly into your bank account.
Not necessarily, though it is the most straightforward path. The IRS requires that the service treats a specific medical condition or its symptoms. If your physician or a licensed clinical provider agrees that you suffer from Executive Function Deficits that impair your daily life and health, they can issue the Letter of Medical Necessity based on those specific cognitive symptoms.
NO. This is for educational purposes only. Though my credentials and training allow me to use evidence-based material for educational purposes, it does not replace medical care/evaluation. I cannot diagnose you or give any medical advice during these sessions. Nor can I provide therapy.
