I’m a physician assistant, educator, writer, and someone who understands burnout from both sides: professionally and personally.

After years of over-functioning, pushing through exhaustion, and living inside systems that rewarded self-sacrifice, I realized something important:

They’re failing because the expectations placed on them are fundamentally unsustainable.
